We sell physical educational resources, including the Understanding Me® Cards, and publish related information and supporting resources. Using the Website or purchasing a resource does not establish a professional assessment, consultation or therapeutic relationship with us.

 

2. Using These Terms

These Terms govern use of the Website. By using the Website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Placing an order is subject to our Terms of Sale, including the provisions explaining when an order is accepted and a contract is formed. Browsing the Website does not create a contract to buy a product.

Resources expressly offered for download may be downloaded, printed and used in accordance with the permissions stated on them. Unless a resource states otherwise, our free downloadable supporting resources may be used for your own personal use or within your professional practice, school or organisation. They must not be sold, republished or distributed publicly without our permission. Purchasing a pack or downloading a resource does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
